Writer’s Retreat

I spent 4 weeks at Summer’s Day Ranch, an artist and writer’s retreat located in the countryside of central Mexico, about 15 miles outside San Miguel de Allende. During this time, I focused on research and writing for my current book project about the experience of otherness in the United States. I traveled to Guanajuato, Guadalajara, and spent many lovely days roaming and writing in San Miguel de Allende’s beautiful city center.
